Alison Clarke

Alison Clarke is founder and artistic director of Dramatic Results. She has worked for over thirty years as a director, actor, writer and workshop facilitator and believes passionately that the arts can make a difference to people's lives; to help us to share stories, communicate and understand each other. Alison works extensively creating, presenting and facilitating forum theatre and forum drama workshops for adults and children both in the U.K. and overseas.

In recent years she has led projects with client groups ranging senior health professionals and business advisers to female prisoners and clients at a drop in centre. She maintains a strong interest in arts interventions for marginalised groups and enjoys the diversity of creating improvised performance twice a year with groups of students and teachers from Russia.

Alison has a master's degree from The Central School of Speech and Drama. When not actively creating performances and workshops or coaching clients for presentations she describes performances for visually impaired audience members.

Andrea Seale

Andrea Seale is an experienced professional actress, writer and workshop facilitator and a regular collaborator, performer and facilitator with Dramatic Results. She is regularly involved in project design and writing and enjoys working with a whole range of client groups and situations.

She works in theatre, TV and film and corporate entertainment and is a regular presenter of singalong shows, her particular favourite being The Sound of Music. in the role of Maria' s twin sister! Andrea also performs regularly in Theatre in Education tours to schools and other venues, usually requiring her to extend of playing range of bizarre characters!

Derek McCormack

Derek is a versatile actor and experienced workshop facilitator. He is an associate artist with Dramatic Results and also works regularly in theatre, corporate video and advertisements.

His first project with Dramatic Results was in the hard hitting drugs awareness programme for primary schools Feeling Low…Feeling High, a project he remained involved with in a variety of roles and as a trainer and facilitator for 10 years. He continues to work Theatre in Education and works regularly with adults and children with disability.

Derek is a key member of Dramatic Results devising and development team and a regular performer and facilitator. He is a graduate of ALRA.

Mary Freeman

Mary Freeman -MA (arts in education, drama) is an associate of Dramatic Results and key contributor to community and behavioural change projects.

Mary taught in secondary and primary state schools before moving to the USA,(1974) where she worked in the prestigious and innovative Psychiatric Unit of Children's Memorial teaching hospital, Chicago. Since 1984 Mary continues to work with drama with a wide range of client groups in hospital school education covering physical, mental, emotional and education issues. Her role being seen entertainer/performer, therapist, educator and also mentor to new staff.

At present she is creative therapist at Chelsea and Westminster, Royal Brompton, and St Mary's Hospital. Mary completed Forum Theatre training with Adrian Jackson1993, Rainbow of Desire training with Augosto Boal 1997.

Penny Baker

Penny Baker BA Fine Art, is a passionate artist with a socially - engaged practice with a background in fashion design and textiles and 20 years experience of teaching and enthusing people. As a core associate with Dramatic Results she regularly contributes to the design and delivery of project, most recently as artist on Writing on Walls with female prisoners and Best for Babies creating an 18ft long textile representing Brighton to stimulate workshop groups to contribute their thoughts and feelings.

Other recent residencies include designing and leading the visual arts component of the Sherriff Schools Arts Festival 2005 and a project with Asian women at the Liaise Women's Centre on citizenship issues.

Her work enables her to engage with people across ages and cultures and share her enthusiasm as an artist and communicator. She takes an imaginative approach to facilitating art in a all its disciplines.

Ros Burgin

Ros has been a practising visual artist for 15 years. Since graduating in 2002 from University College for the Creative Arts, Farnham, Surrey she has pursued a full time career as a contemporary artist. She works with site specific installation and commissioned work in the public arena and also creates pieces for exhibition which closely reflect her interest in contemporary and environmental issues.

Ros uses a variety of approaches according to location and process considering both the social and physical aspects of each site. She works in consultation with project partners and participants to achieve unique and exciting outcomes.

In the past six years she has initiated and led numerous workshops and participated in large scale community projects with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Garri Wiest

Garri Wiest BSc Hon, MBA, MSc, PhD, MIMgt. Garri is Dramatic Results' business and behavioural consultant. He is an experienced Change and Transformation Consultant with extensive knowledge in working with culture and people issues, providing pragmatic solutions to complex situations. His consulting approach is informed by his clinical psychology and group-dynamics training.

He specialises in working with the organisational unconscious and in surfacing hidden levels of the company or group culture. An excellent communicator and facilitator, Garri is known for his innovative thinking and up-beat style. A passionate believer in enabling others to create their own solutions, Garri works in partnership to support transformation and change.

With over thirty years experience of providing Change and Transformation Consultancy he brings to his work a sensitivity to what moves and motivates people, and a proven track record in delivery and implementation.
